The structure of the Beverley Renaissance Partnership

The Beverley Renaissance Partnership is one of several partnerships supported by East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Market Town Renaissance Team.

The aim of the Partnerships is to ensure Beverley is a place that people want to live, work, invest and visit.

Since 2005 Beverley Renaissance Partnership has continued to build on the successful delivery of the Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) Programme and in partnership a long term vision and action plan has been agreed, which aims to:-

• Develop and promote a long term renaissance strategy for the future development of Beverley, otherwise known as the Town Plan
• Coordinate activity and resources needed to progress elements of the Action Plan and ensure community ownership in its delivery.

The Partnership is made up of a Management Committee and three action groups.  The current Committee has thirteen voting members which is reviewed annually. The action groups currently focus on the following issues:- town improvements; business development and events and festivals.
